Proposed: Regulation is used to screen out only those with a previous history of child abuse.

Old value:: The government has no position on who may use or what is published on the internet.
Current: The government allows anyone to use the internet but the police can run investigations concerning illegal activities conducted by using internet (child abuse, illegal filesharing, ...)

Message | We support article 1 but article 2 will allow blatant invasions of privacy. The internet should be a free exchange of information and illegal filesharing should not be monitored. Moreover, since almost everyone exchanges files in this manner, that will allow the government to monitor any activity they undertake. Scary. |
