Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, Gambling is an exploitative business which preys on the vulnerable and the poor to enrich wealthy casino owners. High-stakes gambling can ruin people's financial lives, leaving their families struggling to put food on the table. Gambling addiction is a health crisis, and it should not be encouraged by our legislation. We must restrict gambling to low-stakes, private bets.
