Message | Mr. Speaker Is the Green Party seriously considering banning our top of the line Defence Industries, and making the Hutorian Armed Forces entirely reliant on foreign suppliers to keep our men and women in uniform with equipment?! Message | Mr Speaker, Once again, I don't see what enemy they are supposed to be fighting. Are you anticipating an invasion? If we were less reliant on brute force to keep ourselves safe, perhaps we would never again drag ourselves in situations were we might need to deploy force. Message | Mr. Speaker The Commonwealth's Armed Forces have been seen for centuries as one of the most powerful nations in Terra, and it is that reputation that has kept us from invasion for 700 years. Make no mistake, Hutori has been threatened with invasion in the past, and it could happen again. Instead of being naive about our National Defence, we need to be prepared, and the Leader of the Green Party is recklessly choosing to do that very thing. Capt. Peter Grant Official Opposition Critic for Defence Member of Parliament for Axminister New Westminister |

Message | Mr Speaker, I don't see how wars that occured any of us were born are relevant here. It seems certain parties just want to excuse militarism. Aurana Bonneau Leader of the Green Democratic Party Member of Parliament for St Adrian North River |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I apologise to our friends from the Green Democratic Party but we agree with the Liberals. This bill will achieve nothing but to make us weak. If the representative from St Adrian North River wish to demilitarize our country or even the entire world, we could debate just that. However, this bill won't demilitarize us in any way, it will only make our current millitary more expensive while keeping the exact same size. -Lieutenant Connor Nault Minister of Defence MP for St. Adrian Bourassa. |
