This bill does not aim to state the either gender is not equel or to give preferance over the other, while at the same time this bill aims to state that clearly one gender is different than the other. Several tasks are are -on a majority- well suited to one while other tasks are best served by the other.

The current situation also raises some moral issues, which this bill will not go into details.
