We need to subsidise higher education. Education is very important, that's how our country grows. With an educated population, people have more job opportunities and then higher wages. it is at the core of our socialist program and we wish to make education free for everyone. |

Current: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.
