MessageMr. Speaker,
The far-right authoritarian rule is over. Everyone can now choose to which religion one belongs. There is no more religious indoctrination in schools. Teacher-led prayers are banned, except in religious schools. This is a great transition towards a secular state.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We think this is not going far enough. Government and religion should be completely seperated from each other. Because we think this bill is too moderate and doesn't fully understand the chokehold that religion has on our society, our party shall abstain.

MessageMr Speaker,

After careful deliberation with our MPs, we have decided on a more pragmatic approach. We are going to support this bill, on the condition that the SP will join us in banning state enforced religion alltogether.
