Message | DFLI opposes this bill on the grounds that it does not localize power; instead, it is a mandate from the central government to the communities. They would be required to nationalize all forest land, whether they wanted to or not. DFLI continues to support allowing localities to deregulate further, and will oppose any requirement for localities to impose additional regulations. |
