Description[?]:

Constitution of May 4785:

-Preamble-

The Federated Socialist Republics of Trigunia is a federal socialist republic. Led by the Red Movement, this Constitution pretends to make the nation stable and invulnerable to any internal and external force.

-Articles-

1. The FSRT is divided in two powers: the People's Assembly and the Central Committee of the People's Assembly.
a) The People's Assembly is the committee of each Socialist Republic, represented by 50 members.
b) The People's Assembly must follow the people's direct demand, instead of making decisions itself.
c) The Central Committee of the People's Assembly is composed of 250 members, from each Socialist Republic.
d) The Central Committee is responsible for decisions that affect the cause of the government. Most non-important decisions are left for the People's Assembly.
e) The Central Committee makes decisions without necessarily following the people's demands.

2. The Supreme Chairman of the People's Assembly and the Chairman of the People's Assembly must share power.
a) The task of the Chairman is to serve as a mediator of the Central Committee. It should present new legislations.
b) A new Chairman is appointed by the Central Committee once necessary.
c) The task of the Supreme Chairman is to represent the nation and manage the party.
d) The Supreme Chairman is elected by the Trigunian people.

3. Parties and organisations seeking to overthrow the current system, to establish a bourgeois one, are totally forbidden.
a) Socialist parties and organisations, as well as factions, are allowed to exist.
b) A socialist party and organisation may still be suspended if suspected of plotting against the socialist republic.

4. The role of religions in society are to be reduced as much as possible.
a) The state promotes atheism, through banning the promotion of religious values and beliefs.
b) While believing in a religion itself is not illegal, it's expected to be in a future.

5. The Trigunian socialist state serves the people, and only the people.
a) Reducing the influence of classes and elites, other than the proleteriat, is expected over time.
b) The bourgeoisie must be ungranted the right to vote and participate in politics.
c) The bourgeoisie will, eventually, be forced to have the same rights as the proletariat, removing their powers from the workplace.

These articles are subject to change. Modifying the constitution requires the approval of a majority, including, necessarily, the ruling party.
