MessageClass in a capatalist society is based on education and want/telent. If you acually pay attention in school, then you the same chance as every other millionair to become rich.

You should have not even proposed this bill. I hope that no toher party supports this.

MessageNonsense. The class system is nothing like the idealist vision you seem to hold. It is never as simple as paying attention in class. For one thing, a person may not afford to be educated and so will remain in poverty. Another poor people generally have worse schools and so it is far harder for them to excel. Religion plays a very big part in keeping the proletariat under the thumb as they are told that the current corrupt and unfair system is natural and is what 'god' wants.
