| In our nation of Hutori, Abortions are permitted to be carried out in any stage of pregnancy, whether the infant has just been conceived or whether they're nearly due. Past the second and first trimesters of pregnancy, the infant has a beating heart in the womb and should be classified as a living human. Being freely able to abort and kill a human with a beating heart just by visiting a clinic is an extremely inhumane policy our nation has, and this cannot go any longer. The Humane Abortions Act limits when abortions can be done: * Mothers have the complete right to an abortion if they are either in the first or second trimester of pregnancy. * Past the second trimester, abortion is strictly not permitted. |
