| Spurian Law on Cults Quirites, The Duodecemviri were weak and cowardly. When they agreed to allow the free practice of the Patriarchal religion they capitulated to a law-breaking cult that openly broke their laws. As soon as the false Arch-Patriarch fled like a coward, the Duodecemviri should have reneged on their agreement and cracked down on the fanatical sect. Instead they returned freedom of religion to those who will destroy the Republic and persecute us the first chance they get. This cannot stand! Instead we call for the open persecution and discrimination against the Patriarchalists, human rights be damned! The Aurorian Church is a cesspool of homophobia, misogyny, monarchism, and exclusionary monotheism, and if the Republic is to thrive it must be crushed. We therefore propose that members of the Aurorian Patriarchalist Church be stripped of their voting rights and discriminated against in all areas of employment. | Message | Mr. Spurius In fact, most if not all religions are "a cesspool of homophobia, misogyny and monarchism". The main purpose of a Republic shall be to erradicate all religions from the society, not just the ones you disagree with. For this reason, we will never support such exclusionary policies against a certain group of our population just because of their beliefs if it does not interfere with the functioning of the State.
