MessageMr Speaker,

I do not understand the need for this bill. Low income citizens need help acquiring medicinal drugs, so the government provide it to them. Other citizens do not need support and can easily purchase them.

Why would the government pay for something the citizen themselves can pay for? A very obvious waste of our budget.

The National Progress and Labour parties seem very sure that our budget can handle this legislation. If that's the case, then the Unity Party will accept this bill. We are only worried about spending too much money, but we morally support this bill.
