Message | Mr Speaker, I do not understand the need for this bill. Low income citizens need help acquiring medicinal drugs, so the government provide it to them. Other citizens do not need support and can easily purchase them. Why would the government pay for something the citizen themselves can pay for? A very obvious waste of our budget.
