This bill is amended by eliminating in its entirety the 35000 paramilitary force assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

This bill is further amended by declaring that any names for any commands or forces listed therein shall not be official if in conflict with prior or subsequent legislation or by any order or designation of the President or Minister of Defense.
