Description[?]:
An Act respecting the Creation of the Profit Sharing System 1)This Act may be cited as the Profit Share Act 2)All corporations and businesses must distribute 25% of profits to their workers at the end of every fiscal year. 2.1)The allocated funds must be distributed to all workers proportionally to hours worked 2.2)Expenses attributed to expanding a corporation or business are not to be subtracted from gross revenue when calculating profits in regard to this Act. 2.3)Corporations or businesses who do not record a profit in a given fiscal year are not subject to this Act. 2.4)All governmental entities such as the Federal Government of Hutori, the provincial governments, and the municipal governments and all of their sub-entities are not subject to this Act. 3)Concealing the true amount of profits made by a corporation or business by the means of exaggerating or falsifying expenses will now be a crime punishable by a fine of up to 50,000,000$. 3.1)Corporations and businesses will have to pay their workers the money they would have been given if false or exaggerated expenses are not taken into account. 3.2)Fines issued under Article 3 of this Act cannot be declared as expenses. |
