Bill: NM-LCP-WR Cabinet Negotiations

Details

Submitted by[?]: National Movement

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4834

Description[?]:

Ladies and gentlemen, the people have spoken. Today is historical because the previous government was met with massive discontentment. Our party gained 20 seats. The government parties lost 32 seats.
LCP : minus 4 seats.
Liberal Alternative: minus 14 seats.
Holy Party: minus 5 seats.
The signal is very clear. Together, with our allies from the White Rose, we want to form a coalition government with the LCP. Our condition to form this cabinet is to cancel what Mr. Briggs has done, we want to restore what the Birkenhead Cabinet did, with the same poltiical program. We also want to open up the topic of racial segregation because we have 55 parliamentarians (NM + WR) in favor of segregation.

This is what we want to accomplish again:

1. Protecting the White race
-Citizenship is granted based on race/religion/gender.
-There are quotas based on nationality to determine how many foreigners may reside permanently in this nation.
-No refugees are allowed to enter the country
-Multiple citizenship is not allowed, and considered a criminal offense.
-All educational institutions must be segregated.
-All public amenities are segregated

2. Restoring law and order
-The government actively searches houses for illegal aliens and expels them from the country.
-It is at the discretion of the police officer to torture suspects for information.
-The police cannot search a person or their property without their consent unless the police have obtained a warrant from a court or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a crime was committed.
-Judicial corporal punishment (eg. caning or flogging) is legal.

3. Education
-The Government requires all secondary school students to receive a political education that is biased towards the government (we need to teach how dangerous the left is)
-Children are made to sing the national anthem at the commencement of school each day.
-Schools should not educate students in sexual matters
-Teachers may use corporal punishment at their discretion.

4. Medias
-Nudity on television is banned.
-International media content is heavily censored for political purposes.
-There are laws against the publication of false information, hate speech, and subversive anti-government material. Extremist leftist propaganda will be considered "hate speech"
5. Culture
-The government subsidises artistic institutions and some artists on a case by case basis.

6. Ecology
-The government has no policy on forest protection.
-Industrial pollution is not regulated by the government.
-There are no regulations on the ownership of private cars.
-Local governments can establish fishing quotas

7 Economy
-Tax percentage of the profit made by corporations : increase from 5 to 8 %
-The legality of gambling is a matter of local governments.
-Monopolies are only forbidden in specific sectors of the economy.
-The government discriminates against minorities in its hiring.
-A fiscally beneficial system encourages companies to share profits with employees.
-Remove the 60 % tax bracket to replace it with a 55 % tax bracket.

8 - Morality
-Heterosexual relationships only are legal for consenting adults.
-Interracial sex is completely illegal.
-Individuals are not allowed to change their legal gender identity.
-Divorces are only legal with grounded cause (such as adultery, or violence).
-Government owned amenities are not segregated, private organisations are free to choose.
-Only heterosexual couples may adopt children.

9. Infrastructure and welfare
-The state guarantees child benefit to both low-income families and large families.
-The State owns and operates a national TOC, alongside private TOCs
-Public transport is partially subsidised with the remainder "user-pays".

We can compromise on a few things but the main program has to stay there.

MessageMr. Speaker,
We also want to add one thing. We'll also bring to justice the former Minister of Justice Michael Hill because it's obviously him that orchestrated the ban of the Conservative Liberal Party.

MessageMr Speaker,

It will be a disgrace if the Luthorian Conservative Party turns on what they help implemented. We know that this is just an attempt from racists to gain power and supress the people of the nation. I accept that my party has lost a mandate to lead the government but the results do still show a majority for racial unity and cooperation which we will make sure is heard if we are in government or in opposition.

Ferne Briggs, Prime Minister of Luthori
