| The National Movement propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Holy Luthorian Empire (Luthori). We have a surplus so we can use this to improve our army, our social security system and the Internal Affairs budget for policing purposes. Education budget will decrease to save money. |
