| Selucia is an island nation considered part of the continent of Majatra, with a culture based on that of Ancient Rome, primarily the Roman Republic, with heavy influences from Renaissance Italy, some aspects of Classical Greece, and a touch of modern Italian Spanish, and French influence. Latin is the main language, and most characters should have Roman names, with smaller numbers of Phoenician, Indian, Middle Eastern, and North African or other names. ETHNICITY Selucian (Roman): 75% Shadari (Punic & Berber): 9% Raktavani (Indian): 3% Jelbic (Central Asian): 3% Majatran (Arab): 2% Mallan (Ethiopian): 2% Yeudi (Jewish): 1% Other: 5% Selucians are based on ancient Romans and speak Selucian (Latin). Shadaris are based on Punics and Berbers. Their material culture is largely based on the Kabyle people and other Amazigh (Berber) peoples.
