Though it is important to keep our finances balanced, we have the budget to invest more in areas that desperately need more funding. We suggest we use that surplus to invest in our healthcare system, invest more in the Department of Industry and the State Corporations, and our green energy and industry. Hon. This bill is only taking advantage of the preexisting surplus we have and we do not need to increase taxes on the people to support it.
