| Article 1 - This act of the State Council empowers the police, security, intelligence and military agencies throughout Dolgavia to stop all parties that identify with Communism, Socialism, and Anarchist parties will also be banned however Liberal and Liberal-Centrist Parties will be allowed to remain. Article 2 - All political parties affiliated with far-left or left ideologies such as Communism, Socialism, or affiliated ideologies are prohibited by order of the Ministry of the Interior and the respective election authorities; The only exception to this is if a party is a Liberal or Liberal-Centrist Party. Article 3 - Political parties that attempt to go around or ignore this ban will have their leaders declared enemies of the state and terrorists and will be handled by all police, security, intelligence and military agencies and services of the state. Ammendment 1: This bill authorizes the Dolgavian Government to depatriotate Fascists and those aligned with the Terrorist Group named Brown Shirts. 1. Fascism Parties aligning with Racism and Sexism and those that the National Assembly deems to be Fascist will be disbanded by force from the Department of the Interior and the Department of Defense 2. This act declares the Brown Shirt Movement as Terrorists and the Government has extraordinary power to prosecute, imprison and deport members of the said organization. 3. Police have the right to arrest those suspected of Fascism and they will get a fair trial.
