Bill: Pet act of 4863

Details

Submitted by[?]: Libertarian League

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 4864

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker, I personally don't see any downsides to letting people have domesticated animals as pets. I also don't see any upside of not letting people have pets. Why is it that we have banned pets when they bring so much joy to people who may be struggling in their life? Banning pets is an unessecary restriction the government has forced upon its citizens and needs to be undone immideatly.

Yours sincerely, John Darreck

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
