MessageOOC: I think, following the Particracy own Game Rules they wouldn't have to be reproposed as they're still theoretically active unless someone can point out an instance where the playerbase of Lodamun abolished them through simple majority. Right now they're seemingly just mistakenly "passed" as a law and thus just not hanging up where they should be.
I understand it happened because they got "passed" away from the front page because they stood up there with some other "now irrelevant" [and mostly abolished] laws on a bill made by a then-inactive player and thus couldn't be edited.
In a same way we also seemingly as a nation didn't get rid of other useful RP laws that codify how shit in Lodamun works, like the following:

"A new Cabinet can only be proposed and voted on if all the seats of the Presidium are occupied by a duly-elected Member of the Presidium. If there is a vacancy of seats in the Presidium, early elections must be held to fill the seats before a new Cabinet can be formed."

If we for whatever reason find any of those five rules to now also be irrelevant, we can abolish them through simple majority, however. At first sight I'd probably support keeping all of them, maybe editing them into this page: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=633890
Actually, I find that particular bill for new players quite useless, myself. And the link to the Wikipedia page about political ideologies tonally just absurdly patronizing, but maybe that's just me.

MessageOOC For sureness I say we should pass bills nevertheless. That way we can know for sure their valid. The very intention of this bill is to ensure the legality and reaffirm commitment to them.

MessageOOC: Also i feel its better to add this passing law in my RP registry as well for better visibility of RP laws active in the nation.
