MessageOOC:How will the Campaign points work?

MessageHOW THIS WILL WORK:

Campaign points: every party will be given a certain number of Campaign Points based on your partys performance in the state. You will then name a candidate and give that candidate as many campaign points as you feel are necessary by state. You must have at least one campaign point to participate in that election. You can choose to endore another players candidate and give them campaign points as well. For ever one campaign point they have a chance to increase your total in that city from the last election by up to 1% this will be decided by a chance wheel I have at wheel decide. Of course other parties may cancel out your wins with there own gains as well

Swingometer: prior to calculating the Campaign points the swing from the last federal election will be applied to your previous results. A chance will will determine whether you absorb all the swing or none of it, this applies to increases and decreases as well. New parties in which this is the first election will only be eligible for half of their swing.

Incumbents: incumbents automatically receive a incumbent advantage/disadvantage a wheel will be spun which will be number -50% to +50%. Whatever it lands on will be applied to the campaign points results, meaning it could increase the results by 50% or decrease by 50% think of it as how they have done in the previous turn. Candidates also qualify for this spin if at least 10 campaign points are spent on them.

I know this may look and sound confusing but I promise it will make more sense once we get the first election done.

Below I gave my parties campaign plan please do the same for yourselves if you do not give names I will simply get a randomized name. These must be completed by November 4897. You can change the plans as much as you want up until then. For RP sake try to keep them to one change a month (not that I expect that to happen that often)
