Bill: Economic Reform Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Keymon Ruling Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2222
Description[?]:
It has come to our attention that we have been neglecting the most important aspect of life in Keymon, and indeed its founding principle. That being the maintainence of a truly free market, allowing open competition to all and boosting the economic growth of our fine little country. So, for the first time in decades, the KRP is proposing legislation to remedy this situation, rather than taking the back seat that we have in Keymonan politics for getting on a century or more... |

Message | "Article III and Article V are already bills. We're opposed to Article IV and we're opposed to Article I, but this poorly-designed bill forces our hand. The short debate period also forces our hand. We'll support it and then repeal the parts we dislike. To explain our opposition, 10% of the corporate income in our nation is . . . barely anything. Our corporations make very small profits. Secondly, we oppose foreign investors taking over Keymon industries." -- Corrine Rimaldo, Foreign Minister |

Message | DPP - you support 3? This disgusts us! You think you are for the people but you would be ahppy to let them exploit the workers?! Get a grip comrades! However, article 1 and 4 we could agree with, that is all. |

Message | "We must rethink our decision on this matter, we have misread and misinterperetted Artlice 3 of this bill, a momentary lapse of concentration upon my part, and must mention that we are set against this. Also, we would like to thank the RSM for bringing such an error to our attention." Bill Gates, DPP Shadow Minister for Trade and Industry |

Message | "I'm also at a loss regarding the firework thing, but at least two of our coalition partners made fireworks reform the centerpiece of their legislative agendas. Odd. Easy to compromise on, but odd." -- Rufio Carmichael, Director General |
