Bill: Strike Protection Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Green Party of Cobura

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2224

Description[?]:

This act will protect workers who go strike for better conditions from being fired by their employers who want to get back at striking employees by forcing their employers to get government approval before firing workers for striking. This way a neutral body, appointed by the courts, will determine whether or not the workers' strike was justified or not. If we allow companies to determine a reasonable reason for striking, then they will always determine that a strike is unreasonable.
