Details

Status[?]: defeated

Voting deadline: October 2225
Description[?]:
"Keymon's people today have very conservative views on morality and with Prostitutes roaming the streets they can't be very happy with the Assembly. With the success of this bill Keymon's public will be free to wander the streets at night without having to avoid areas occupied by pimps and prostitutes. Also the outlawing of prostitution should also lead to a drop in drug related health problems as pimps and dealers will run out of business." Physio Pat Rice, DPP Shadow Minister for Health & Social Services |

Message | "Parties will be forced to make a choice here. Banning prostitution limits personal behavior and also regulates business. It is also a conservative, religious thing. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, since every single party will be forced to compromise one of its principles in order to vote on this bill. That is why we have left prostitution alone." -- Corrine Rimaldo, Minister of Foreign Affairs |
