ATTENTION ALL COMRADES

The Proletarian Revolution has begun!
The means of production are being seized; nothing can stop the workers of the world from uniting! Private property is hereby abolished; with further policy to be enacted by the Rowis.

Hence forth; this land shall be known officially as the Union of Communist Councilist Republics (로동위원회 공산주의 공화국 연방), and may be referred to as the Rowiet Union (로연).

It shall be a union of 3 Communist Councilist Repulics; the Kyo CCR - which shall be given the provinces of Hyonggi, Myeoggi, and Eljang; the Draniano CCR - which shall be given.the province of Eurbrak; and the Draddwyr CCR - which shall be given the province of Reuni.
