| Message | 1. Largest party should be the Head of the Government 2. Second Largest party should be Foreign Minister 3. Positions in the cabinet should be distributed by their seats. (Example: 162/750 * 13 = 2.8 (approx.) that means progressive should get 3 Ministerial Seats) 4. Fair distribution of the positions. Just because a party gets 2 ministerial seats don't give them the last two positions. I believe that this cabinet is the most fair that I could come up with. -Carter Crystal |
