Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Government program: -The professional retirement age increased from 62 to 63 years old. -The nation can only use chemical or biological weapons on non-civilan areas. -The nation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons on non-civilian areas. -Paramilitaries are illegal and the recognized government may intervene freely to stop any possible activity. -The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives. -Surrogacy is legal, and surrogacy agreements are enforceable. Only altruistic surrogacy is legal. -Gambling is legal, but only in private homes and casinos with special licences. -The government has no stance on a salary cap. -Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession. -Extradition to nations with capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects and convicts is not allowed. -Schools have an obligation to give sexual education at some point in puberty, but individual students have an opt-out option. -Discipline levels are set by schools. -The government does not maintain laws as to age limitation for purchasing video games, although it does require a content rating to be clearly displayed on the box. -The government sets a range of standards (to be determined) but these only apply to movie theaters. -Everyone may keep exotic animals, but the trade in exotic animals is regulated by the government. -The government provides pollution prevention guidelines, but does not enforce them. -The official government position is that climate change is a problem. However we have to balance environmental protection with economic interests. -The government approves and regulates agricultural chemical use. -Crossdressing is allowed. -Divorces are legal, be it mutual consent, grounded cause or if one partner wants it. -The government allows the individual to decide on gender identity. -Sexual relations of all types are legal for consenting adults. -There is a nationalised post office. Private post office agencies are allowed to exist, and the services provided by them are not regulated. -The government does not regulate rents. -Religions are required to obtain government approval before promoting themselves or advertising in any manner. -Teacher-led prayers in schools are encouraged (instead of mandatory) |
