Prime Minister McKinley has announced her plans to start a infrastructure project of High Speed Railway to connect all major cities in Luthori. As the nation grows and evolves into one of the most influential and powerful nations, centuries after the fall of the Luthorian Empire, it needs to work for the it's people and provide the best possible infrastructure to get around.

Prime Minister McKinley wants the Imperial Diet to approve a £100,000,000 Luthorian Pound to start the project to connect Fort William and Northminister as a base start for the project. The funds will come from corporate tax money and donations.
