Bill: RP: UNWF Workers’ Council Chairman Announced

Details

Submitted by[?]: United National Workers’ Front

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 5054

Description[?]:

David Harper has been elected in a secret ballot by the current Workers’ Council members as its new chairman for this year. It is fully expected that, unless he resigns, Harper will be elected as the chairman every year up until his death.

David Harper has served on the Workers’ Council for the past twenty five years, and is an experienced MID. He was a close advisor and friend of former chairman, Alfred Williams. He is generally seen as slightly more moderate than Williams, and is willing to compromise more with other parties. He has also been accused over the years of being power hungry, and will do anything to reach the top.
