In the interest of a safer Commonwealth, the following is proposed:

Section I:
Public nudity is recognized as against standards of moral decency and therefore shall not be permitted. Further, nudity and sexual content on television is to be limited.

Section II:
Unjustified divorce is recognized as undermining the marriages and families of the Commonwealth. Furthermore, all divorces shall require due cause to be proven in the courts.

Section III:
The National Assembly shall be granted all requisite powers in order to implement this legislation.
