Nation[?]: Commonwealth of Mordusia (Mordusia)
Seats[?] in National Parliament || The Senate and The Assembly[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
Founded in 5065 by William Malone, a minor local bureaucrat in Coliwick who had grown disillusioned with the Reform Party, Tristan Crevier, a history teacher from Griffith, and Christopher Burns, a small business owner in the capital. These three men had ties to both the Reform Party and the Sentinel Party, giving them often somewhat disparate policy views. On the whole, the party's views could be described as center-left, with a social libertarian streak. LCP records show that she was present at the party's first ever meeting, by invitation of Tristan Crevier. Her contributions to our positions and to Mordusia have been immense, and we will miss her. Tristan Crevier, Party Education Specialist, Minister of Education and Culture 5076-5085 (5007-5089), died of pneumonia at 82. He had been a teacher before becoming one of the founding leaders of the LCP, and, in addition to serving as the Minister of Education and Culture for nine years, he was the head of the party's massively influential progressive wing. In his last few years in the cabinet, his control of the party was almost complete, and it is unknown what direction the party will go in without him. |
