Mr Speaker, We are today at a fateful moment in our history, there are many problems in our country, the economy is going down the drain, the political scene has become what we feared, an open-faced circus, and we must not not to forget the ecological problem, yes, it has very often been forgotten by us politicians, it is true that we had other problems to manage, but we must not forget this problem, but we are not going to force people to do which they do not want to do, so we are going to propose an ecological emergency law in several phases. |
