| This budget shall make the following spending changes. Defense - 20 Billion Lira increase. This is to fund a military modernization plan. Details of this plan will be presented to Parliament in the coming months. Justice - 3 Billion Lira increase. This is to fund a new Work Connections program, offering a pathway to higher education for young offenders. Infrastructure and Transport - 4 Billion Lira increase - This is to fun the HutoriConnex program, expanding and repairing major highways across Hutori. Health and Social Services - 2 Billion Lira increase - This is to fund the Hutorian Rapid Housing Initiative. This will provide grants and loans to developers who agree to build affordable housing units. Trade and Industry - 3 Billion Lira increase - This will fund the Hutorian Small Business Boost program, offering grants to small, up and coming businesses. |
