| The problems for HoL keeps on comming months after the humiliating defeats in the elections over the past few years. The party has acknowledged that it's almost run out of money to finance it's working and has to shrink down. The government only partially finances political parties who have more then 10% in the Imperial Diet & Ducal elections. The party has now lost all of their funding and has to scale down their operations. In the meantime HoL will merge with The Luthori National Movement, a highly controversial move as the LNM actively worships the Emperor and His family as their living God. The LNM tried to participate in the Imperial Diet elections over the past few years, but where hold back due to the lack of internal organization. The LNM did participate in the Ducal elections as write-ins and in the municipality elections they had succes with holding 23 seats -5 of them in Armstead- within the Empire. It is expected that LNM will have a great influence within HoL as they have the big financial donors who HoL desperately needs. The Regional Parties who are set to be merging with HoL: Orange: Luthori National Movement-Orange & Orange Free Conservatives Northriding: Luthori National Movement-Northriding & Open Northriding Middenriding: Luthori National Movement-Middenriding & Movement for Change in Middenriding Shipleyriding: Luthori National Movement-Shipleyriding & Citiziens Party Erneshire: Luthori National Movement-Erneshire & United Workers Party For now the brand HoL will not change told current HoL president Augustus Hensworth, but to insiders it's highly possible that a rebranding will happen before the next Ducal elections. |

| Message | The leadership of the Progressive Party is saddned that HoL hasn't the money for the functioning of the Party, that's for that that the PP's leadership decided to give 2 000 000 LPD to the Heart of Luthori, this money will come from donations from party members and the party's inner fund, we hope this can at least help HoL.
