| Luthori announces a commercial and military embargo against the Republic of Beluzia: Recent tensions between Luthori and Beluzia came to a head when Beluzia and her government decided to plant tactical, small and medium range nuclear missiles against its neighbor, the Holy Luthorian Empire. The nuclear missiles planted against Luthori are a direct threat to Luthori's security. The government, shocked by such a Beluzian offensive, decided to put in place several measures: 1: Arms exports will now be prohibited via the blockade, as the Imperial Luthorian Navy will require all ships heading to Beluzia to stop for inspection by Luthorian soldiers, if the cargo includes weapons or gear destined to go to war, they will be asked to return to their country of origin. 2: The Imperial Air Force Strategic Command has just placed Luthori's missiles and nuclear weapons on alert by raising the DEFCON (alert level) from DEFCON 5 to DEFCON 2 (DEFCON 1 means nuclear war) 3: The Army (through the Government) has decreed the general mobilization of all reserves of the Imperial Luthorian Army, the Navy has also decreed "the total mobilization of all its reserves for the next conflict" and the The Air Force has ordered these planes to take off towards the territory of Beluzia. 4: Luthori's Ambassador to Beluzia is to be evacuated and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on all Luthori to evacuate the territory of the Republic of Beluzia after Luthori were violently assaulted by Beluzians supporting government policy. |
