Message | I think it's going well. The fact BC put up vote to replace the King is an act of treason and should be dealt with. |

Message | Well, the role-play rules are not respected. You can role-play it if it's about your party like what your party leader is doing or a demonstration. If it's something like a general strike within the country, you need to have the consent of the MAJORITY of the players. If it's an RP law about, for example, banning the LGBT flag in the country, then you would need a majority of YES VOTES (151/300 in our case) If it's a constitutional law or a law banning a party for example, you need a 2/3 MAJORITY (so 200/300 seats) in the Diet and you need to have approval from moderation here : http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=7891 So the law declaring a state of emergency is legal because it has a two-thirds majority. But the law banning my party is not because it has NOT a two-thirds majority and has NOT been approved by moderation. These are the rules and my party will run in the 5120 Ducal elections since this has not been properly approved. |

Message | I agree with the BC. I think the RP should continue but we should be more careful |

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
