| Message | Mr Speaker, We believe that it is very essential for the safety of Hutori that we shall develop and keep nuclear weapons. Even if we never use them on others, this will prevent other powers who have nukes from invading us. Even though no nation actually even uses nukes, having them is a source of security for every nation. Therefore, we shall oppose this bill.
