| Guarantee of minimum income. All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time I propose to change this current law in "All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.". In this way we could increase the standard of living of all our population. An Happy Worker is a More Productive Wolker. |
