but now he fights and looses, got all the bruises will someone please step in?
Cause this Irish fools got a great big heart he keeps climbing back in to the ring
In the low down circles where he holds his court this man he once was king

Will he listen, no he won't! That's all she wrote! He'll be dead before the daylight shines
But the thoughts and prayers of a million strong might keep this fool from dying!"

Messagewell i've been trying to remain silent because this has always been a tricky one for me. I mean one hand children can drink responsibly like in certain countries and places. However, I come from Scotland which has a BIG teenage drinking problem nad they always binge. (I dont know hy I'm saying "they" I am a "teenager" too, but not a big drinker) Anywayz.... See thats why I've got a problem. It all depends on the individual country.

MessageI understand what you mean really I do (go down the island and you'll find me :p-don't hit me!) however this bill is supposed to prevent some of the alcoholism. The problem is you have to make a bill to cover all bases, especially since alcohol does damage the liver (as an example) and so by limiting the age that people are allowed to drink from, it can help to stop abuse and thus later need for medical care.

MessageYeah but if the country already has a responsible attitude to drinking then a bill like this could have a negative effect.

England Ah? I suppose we can't all be perfect... ;-)

MessageThe problem is, we don't know what the current state of the country is in regards to alcohol; it's the same situation with virtually every bill.

Bah. I've got Scottish blood in me and every other parts blood, I'm a good little Britain am me. :-D

And PPP as that site proves, alcohol in moderation is good for you. Binge drinking is not.

MessageThe country is over regulated so for the sake of argument I will assume the country already has a responsible attitude to drinking and withdraw my support.
