Message | Many of the PLA's members are Catholic and we take the Socialist's Party seething comments with a grain of salt. Faith is not forced and we believe in secular government. Appointing ministers of religion when the government doesn't even believe in that religion is ludicrous. We must vote against this measure. |

Message | You just said many of your members are Catholic, but then you tell us that you believe in a secular goverment. My articles all support a secular goverment, so what is the problem? |

Message | The problem is that you are oppressing our religion and many others through the elimination of religious schools and appointing the heads and ministers of OUR religion. There is a difference between atheism and secularism. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
Random quote: "I do not believe in the creed professed by the Jewish church, by the Roman church, by the Greek church, by the Turkish church, by the Protestant church, nor by any church that I know of. My own mind is my own church." - Thomas Paine |
