Details
Submitted by[?]: Reformed Ba'ath Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 5139
Description[?]:
The Kafuri military, under the command of Lt. General Husain al-Mansouri, has attempted to overthrow the government in Kasraj. This has failed, thanks to the bravery of the Ba'ath Revolutionary Guard, as well as the local police forces and loyalist military. Mansouri committed suicide rather than surrender. The entire ordeal has been dubbed "Black December". In light of this, Prime Minister Sahl el-Shariff has ordered the arrest of all conspirators, including President Nader Farooqui. The title of President and Prime Minister have been combined under Shariff to increase stability and assist with the recovery process.
