MessageWe agree with Article 4, because we agree with the Empress right to command the Army, as she's the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Luthorian Army. We agree on a more powerful Article 3, as the paramilitaries can be authorized but with the big governement regulation and we are opposed to Article 2 and 1.
