Is there any intrest in playing with a real budget?

We start off with current GDP and budgets/incomes and with our current deficit.

Rules:
Every 4 years (depending on length term) we update the GDP status.
Automatically 2% GDP growth
Inactive coalitions ( who don't passes laws, or failing governments without majority ) get a penalty of -2% growth
Maximum growth of 4 (2% automatic + 2% approval)with government coalition approval
Maximum growth of 8% (2% automatic + 6% approval) with 2/3rd approval
Maximum of 15% (2% automatic + 13% approval) growth with full Diet approval
Nationalizing key industries costs a 8 year -1.5% growth per industry.
Decreasing public spending per 5% gets costs -1% growth for the 4 year.
National debt above 100% costs -0.2% growth as long it stays above the 100%
Cut taxes etc ...are being played within your maximum growth rates.
