| Article 1: 8,000 special officers will be recruited by the Ministry of the Interior to organize a return policy for immigrants with a target of 100,000 per year. Article 2: Army transport aircraft may be used for the purposes of this Act. Article 3: Every illegal immigrant found by the police must be taken immediately to the local police station or to the Immigration Service to fill out a questionnaire. Their deportation must be arranged within 30 days. Article 4: Anyone attempting to hinder the deportation of an illegal migrant by any means will be fined between 500 and 15,000 LPD, with a possible prison sentence of 1 to 5 years. Article 5: A budget of 400 million LPD is allocated for the execution of this law. |
