Message | Mr. Speaker, The Welfare Assembly support this bill wholeheartedly, partly because the Commonwealth Constitution was never put into full effect, and partly because we recognize republican form of government as a better alternative than the other. Hence, I being the chief whip of the party request everyone to in favour of the bill. |
