Message | Parents have the option of discipline in any case. This is about teachers disciplining children. We are opposed. |

Message | No, in the proposed bill, schools would determine discipline levels so a private military school or even private religious school could discipline their students how they wish. Parents would approve of it if they keep their kids in school. If this is not satisfactory, we would not be opposed to deferring this decision to State governments. Both our parties have membership on school boards and in the State governments so we are not worried that "murder" will become a disciplinary measure. |
