| My dear compatriots, Many of you, over the past few years, months or even weeks, have asked yourself a single question, when and will there be a referendum on the monarchy? The government and the Senate itself will have been in internal conflict for months, with some parties refusing one form of referendum and another party refusing another, as your President it has been my duty to advise all possible parties in order to be able to put an end to this debate which has plagued our society for years, some of you have called on us, weak, cowardly and even incapable, for not having carried out the referendum project, but since the Senate and the Government have reached a common compromise for the organization of this referendum, I have the honor to announce that the referendum on Hutori's system of governance will take place next July, that is July 15, 5200, the new form of this referendum came from months of negotiations between the Senate and the Government. The referendum will take place, but a question will be asked to the citizens who will vote: What would be the best form of governance for Hutori?, they will have the choice between 4 answers, the Presidential Republic, the Parliamentary Republic, the Parliamentary Vice-Regal Monarchy, with an elected representative of the people to represent the reigning King or Queen, and a Parliamentary Monarchy, where the king would not have an elected representative of the people, but will have to deal with Parliament, which will have executive power, via the Cabinet headed by the Prime Minister and the legislature. I wish that all the parties of Hutori take part in this referendum, to give the people a chance where the politicians failed. God bless Hutori and God bless you Thanks. |

| Message | Ooc: also how will winer be determined? First-past-the-post? Ranked choice? A lot of details that need to be Ironed out. My bill would have just given the Senate the mandate to explore different political mechanism for the overall restoration of the monarchy. The Senate would determine the details of the Monarch. Anyways, I, as the 2nd largest party in this government was never consulted for my opinion. We urge the PP CL to slow down to ensure a proper and orderly transition to a Monarchy |
