In the case of vacant seats, seats must be filled via (early) election in order to propose a new cabinet. Passed 599-0 on December 5200. Parliamentary Etiquette (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=680296): Law that renews the codification of etiquette within the legislature. Passed 599-0 on November 5204. |
