Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| This is the first legitimate and democratic government formation since 5104. Today is a day of celebration for the people of our Empire. But it is also the start of an arduous work for our future government officials. Which is why we ask the Senate for the recognition of our ministers and the improved structure of government. In addition of the articles mentioned: Article 14 - Modify the ZAGOR Act of 5105 in the way that replaces the instances and naming of cabinet-level offices "Department" to "Ministry", and "Secretary" to "Minister" Article 15 - Create the Ministry of State Affairs, whose responsibilities will be conducted by the appointed Minister of Finance. Article 16 - The Minister of State Affairs shall be addressed by the same manner as the Head of State, and enjoys all of the same privileges. Article 17 - The Minister of Health and Social Services shall be referred to as Secretary of Health and Social Services, and its holder shall answer to the Minister of State Affairs. Article 18 - The Minister of Trade and Industry shall by referred to as Secretary of Trade and Industry, and its holder shall answer to the Minister of State Affairs. Article 19 - The Minister of Science and Technology shall be referred to as Secretary of Science and Technology, and its holder shall answer to the Minister of State Affairs. Article 20 - The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport shall be referred to as Secretary of Infrastructure and Transport, and its holder shall answer to the Minister of State Affairs. Article 21 - The national government as created by this law shall be referred to as "National Restoration Council" (Augustan: Nacia Restaŭri Konsilio) Article 22 - Articles 15 to 20 are to be left without effect on the following government formation unless otherwise stated by such law. |
